Focus On In-Depth Research And Development

The core team has been deeply involved in off-road skid plate for over 10 years, focusing on all scenarios of hardcore off-roading (Gobi, desert, rock, mud, polar regions), establishing a dedicated chassis condition database, and completing precise adaptation research and development for over 300 vehicle models and over 50 structural and process patents. From material selection, structural mechanics, installation matching to durability testing, the entire chain is independently developed, rejecting generic parts and homogenization. Every skid plate is custom-made for hardcore off-roading.

Precise 3D Design, 1:1 Perfect Fit To The Original Vehicle

Utilizing imported 3D laser scanning and reverse engineering modeling, the original vehicle’s chassis structure, hole positions, and pipeline routing are reproduced 1:1. Custom-made molds are used for specific vehicles, ensuring non-destructive installation of original vehicle holes, requiring no cutting or drilling, preserving the original factory structure, and maintaining the warranty. Precisely pre-reserved channels for heat dissipation, oil draining, maintenance, and sand leakage address the three core needs of protection, heat dissipation, and maintenance, eliminating the potential for resonance, abnormal noise, and interference.

Innovative Mechanical Structure: Impact Resistance + Lightweight Advantages

Rejecting simple flat panels, this design features five core structural features: original matrix reinforcement ribs, honeycomb energy absorption, stepped protection, recessed screws, and side impact protection edging. These scientifically disperse the impact forces from rock impacts, high-speed gravel impacts, and bottoming-out compression, improving deformation resistance, tear resistance, and fatigue resistance by 300%. Simultaneously, structural optimization achieves extreme lightweighting, reducing weight by 40%-60% compared to traditional steel guard plates. This does not increase chassis load, nor does it affect passability or handling, achieving a balance between protection and performance.

Extreme Condition Verification: Every Model is Tempered Through Off-Road Combat

All research and development designs have undergone five extreme tests: -40℃ to 80℃ extreme environment, gravel impact, bottoming out and crushing, salt spray corrosion, and vibration durability. Simultaneously, in collaboration with off-road teams, real-world testing was completed in desert crossings, rock climbing, and long-distance treks to ensure that the skid plates do not crack, deform, or fall off under the most demanding off-road conditions, truly protecting the core components of the chassis, such as the engine, transmission, transfer case, and differential.
